1. Submit a question

Tell us what you're looking for via our request form or send us an email. Please include:

• Number of products
• Specific colors, themes or materials
• Purpose (e.g. personal gift, corporate gifts, events, etc.)
• Desired delivery time

2. Personal proposal

We'll contact you within 1-2 business days. You'll receive:

• A non-binding proposal with a price indication
• Possible options and materials
• Delivery time

3. Confirmation & payment

If you agree, we'll process the order. Depending on the order type, we may require (partial) payment in advance.

4. Production & delivery

We'll start compiling or producing your custom order. We'll keep you updated throughout the process. As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive a track & trace link.
